In consideration of the covenants herein contained, Tents Plus(hereinafter called the “Lessor”) agrees to lease to the Lessee and the Lessee agrees to hire from the Lessor the above mentioned equipment( receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Lessee) upon the terms and provisions contained in this lease agreement;
