Fire Fleet Maintenance Contract (the “Contract”) is entered between the Village of Buffalo Grove (hereinafter the “Village” or “Owner”), an Illinois home-rule unit of government, and Fire Service Inc., (hereinafter the “Contractor”) on this 20th day of October 2020 (the “Effective Date”). The Village and the Contractor are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
