This Energy Savings Performance Contract (the "Contract") is made by and between the CITY OF HALLANDALE BEACH, FLORIDA, a Florida municipal corporation, with a physical address of 400 South Federal Drive, Hallandale Beach, Florida 33009 (“CITY”) and the Building Technologies Division of Siemens Industry, Inc., a Delaware corporation licensed to do business in Florida, with a physical address of 3021 North Commerce Parkway, Miramar, Florida 33025 (“COMPANY”), for the purpose of installing certain energy and water cost saving equipment, and providing other services designed to save energy for the CITY's property and buildings.
