THIS AGREEMENT, made on (“Effective Date”), by and between COMPUTER AID, INC., with Corporate Headquarters at 1390 Ridgeview Drive, Allentown, PA, 18104 ("Contractor") and with offices at (“Supplier”). Each of Supplier and Contractor may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and both Supplier and Contractor may be referred to herein jointly as the “Parties.”
