I, the undersigned am depositing the above mentioned amount as a deposit for guaranteed timely payment of my Utility fees. I understand that I will receive my deposit on the Date of Refund mentioned above, as long as my account stays current and is in good standing on the Refund Date. I also understand that if for any reason prior to this date, if Utility service is no longer needed, my deposit will be returned to me, as long as my account is in good standing.
