PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENTProfessional Services • September 17th, 2020
In accordance with the “State Survey and Remonumentation Act” (Act 345 of the Public Acts of 1990 found at MCL 54.261-54.279), an Act to coordinate and implement the monumentation and Remonumentation of property controlling corners in the State of Michigan, the Marquette County Board of Commissioners adopted the “County Monumentation and Remonumentation Plan” to comply with the Act and to be eligible for state grants for monumentation and Remonumentation and hereby enters into a professional service agreement for surveying services to carry out the plan adopted by the Marquette Board of Commissioners.
