This Indenture is made the 12th day of August 1861 between Thomas Stackhouseof Settle in the County of York Gentleman of the one part and Mary Swaleof Settle aforesaid Spinster of the other part. Whereas the said Thomas Stackhouse is entitled and devisee the under the will of his father Anthony Stackhouse late of Settle aforesaid gentleman deceased dated the 17th of August 1860 and proved at Wakefield on the 13th of August last by the said Thomas Stackhouse and the Reverend Sam(?)
