THIS MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of July 10, 2024 (“Effective Date”) between GovHR a division of MGT of America Consulting, LLC (“GovHR”), with offices located at 4320 West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33609, and North Shore Water Reclamation District, (“Client”), located at 14770 W. Wm. Koepsel Drive, Gurnee, IL 60031collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
