This agreement is between the Local Government Cooperative (LGC), a purchasing program duly organized in Idaho (enabled by I.C. § 67-2807), hereinafter referred to as “Owner”, and The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, hereinafter referred to as “Vendor”, duly authorized to do business in the state of Idaho with Participating Entities (political subdivisions, government entities, or associations as defined in I.C. § 9-902).
