("Customer"/"Supplier") and Sprint Solutions, Inc. (―Sprint‖) establishes the terms and conditions governing Sprint’s provision of Web Services to Customer. This Agreement and any information concerning its terms and conditions are Sprint’s proprietary information and governed by the parties’ nondisclosure agreement. The parties’ nondisclosure agreement term is extended to be coterminous with the Term of this Agreement. The terms ―Sprint Web Services‖ and ―Web Services‖ are used interchangeably throughout the agreement. It applies to all Web services provided through the Sprint Web Services Gateway.
