This Contract is made and entered into this 27th day of June, 2023 by and between the Town of Apple Valley, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business at 14955 Dale Evans Parkway, Apple Valley, California, 92307 (“Town”) and Hitt Construction Company, Inc., a Corporation, with its principal place of business at 13609 Hitt Rd, Apple Valley, CA 92308 (“Contractor”). Town and Contractor are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Contract.
