Amendment”) amends the Agreement for Professional Services entered into by and between the TOWN OF MEAD, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado, with offices at 441 Third Street, Mead, Colorado 80542 (the “Town”), and DITESCO, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, with a principal office address of 2133 S. Timberline Road, Suite 110, Fort Collins, CO 80525 (the “Contractor”). The Town and Contractor may be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually as “Party.”
