This EOT Token Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of the related ERC-20 EOT token smart contact (the “EOT Token Contract”); and purchase of the related ERC-20 compatible tokens distributed on the Ethereum blockchain (the “EOT Tokens”) and is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent (“Buyer” or “you”) and EON Foundation Ltd (“EON Foundation,” together with its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates, “Company”). Buyer, EON Foundation and Company are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
