This MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, dated and effective as of 27 May 2019 (the “Agreement”), is between EISENG EQUITY (L) LTD (LL17209), a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia (the “Management”), and EISENG CAPITAL BHD (1423168-M), a public limited company incorporated in Malaysia (the “Company”), an associate company of Eiseng Group of Companies, a Malaysia business trust and open-end investment company registered under the Malaysian Companies Act, 2016, as amended (the “Malaysian Companies Act, 2016”). The purpose of the Management is to facilitate the implementation of Company’s investment strategies.
