This Beta License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs Client’s access to and use of the Software (as defined below) provided by and between LiveLiveLive, Inc. d/b/a Big Room (“Company”), located at 48 Bungalow Road, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520. Client accepts this Agreement by
