, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of Bryan (“City”), a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, and SpawGlass Construction Corporation, Inc. (“Contractor”), a Texas Corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of SpawGlass Holding, L.P., for the design/construction of Signature Park Playground at 206 West Villa Maria, Bryan, Texas, as described in RFQ# 23-046, attached as Exhibit I. For purposes of this Agreement, City and Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties”, and each individually as a “Party”.
