DBA HB Staffing with a place of business at 2120 Main Street, Ste. 250, Huntington Beach, CA 92648 (hereinafter “Contractor”), and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, acting through the County of Orange, Probation Department (hereinafter "County") with a place of business at 1055 N. Main St., Santa Ana, CA 92701. Contractor and County are sometimes referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
