This Contract and Release is entered into on , 20 by and between Far Shot Recreation Inc. and their respective directors, officers, employees, guides, agents, representatives, volunteers, independent contractors, subcontractors, sponsors, successors and assigns (all of whom are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Far Shot”) and the adults whose names and signatures appear below, and the minors whose names and whose guardians’ signatures appear below on page 2 (together, said adults and minors are the “Participants”).
