This Interconnection Agreement for the Transport and Termination of Local Traffic between wireline carriers (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of December, 2006 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Coon Valley Farmers Telephone Company, Inc. (COON VALLEY) a Wisconsin Corporation, with principal offices at 105 Central Avenue P.O. Box 398, Coon Valley, Wisconsin 54623-0398 and Level 3 Communications, LLC (“LEVEL 3”) a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal offices at 1025 Eldorado Blvd., #1000 Broomfield, CO 80021.
