IMPORTANT NOTICE: This Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between you or the entity on whose behalf you accept this Agreement (“you”) and Johnson Controls International plc. (including its Affiliates such as Johnson Controls, Inc.) with a corporate address at 507 E Michigan Street, Milwaukee, WI (“JCI”, “we”, or “us”) that governs your use of Metasys® Enterprise Management (the “Service”). By entering into a Subscription or by accessing or using the Service you consent to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, JCI is not willing to grant you any right to use or access the Service. In such event, you may not access or use the Service. If this Agreement is being agreed to by a company or other legal entity, then the person agreeing to this Agreement on behalf of that company or entity represents and warrants that he or she is authorized and lawfully able to bind that company or entity to this Agreement.
