The definitions in the "i2 Office Licence Agreement" ("Key Terms") shall apply in these standard Terms and Conditions ("Standard Terms"), and together the Key Terms and these Standard Terms shall be known as the "Agreement" or "Licence Agreement". Should there be any conflict between the Key Terms and these Standard Terms then the provisions in these Standard Terms shall take precedence.
