This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Pioneer Overhead Door 3G, LLC, Inc., 2300 S. 7th Street, Lincoln, NE 68502 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated April 24, 2020, executed under City Directorial Order No. 23413, and County Contract C-20-0204, dated April 28, 2020, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on May 19, 2020 for Unit Price – Residential and Commercial Overhead Door Repair and Replacement, Bid No. 20-030, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
