Annex No. 3 ("Annex") shall be for the purpose of performing modal testing on a stack of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (“SpaceX” or "Partner") Starlink satellites attached to a Falcon Payload Adapter Fitting (“PAF”). The testing will be performed by NASA Glenn Research Center (“GRC”) personnel at the Space Environments Complex (“SEC”), located at Armstrong Test Facility (“ATF”).
