THIS MASTER AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), is made and executed as of the day of , 2012 between the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation, (hereinafter referred to as the “Department”), acting by and through its Director, and County Board of Arlington County, VA, (hereinafter referred to as the “Grantee”). This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the receipt of grants supported by the Commonwealth Transportation Funds and shall govern and be incorporated by reference in all Project Agreements approved by the Department. The terms of this Agreement shall apply to all Grant Transactions from the date of this Agreement forward until a new Master Agreement for the Use of Commonwealth Transportation Funds (“New Agreement”) is executed.
