SCREENCRIB PLATFORM LP (the “Partnership”) is dated as of this Wednesday of 13th September, 2023 by and among Screencrib Platform GP, LP, a Delaware limited partnership as the General Partner, Screencrib Limited, an English limited company (the “Initial Limited Partner”), and each of the Persons who are as of the date hereof or are later admitted as Limited Partners of the Partnership associated with a Series in accordance with the provisions hereof. The General Partner, the Initial Limited Partner, and the Limited Partners are referred to herein collectively as the “Partners.” Each capitalized term used in the preamble and recitals herein without definition has the meaning specified in Section 1.1.
