These BD General Terms and Conditions are entered into between Mangum Regional Medical Cetner on behalf of itself and its Affiliates (“Customer”), and Becton, Dickinson and Company, on behalf of itself and its Affiliates (“BD”), effective as of the date of the last signature below (the “Effective Date”). The BD General Terms and Conditions and any Schedules added from time to time by mutual agreement between the Parties or their Affiliates, and incorporated herein by reference are hereafter referred to as the “Standard Agreement”.
