This Amendment (“Amendment”) to Contract No.: 70111706-20-DMS-ACS (the “Contract”) is by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (the “Department”) and VisualScape, Inc., (the “Contractor”), collectively known as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein have the meaning assigned to them in the Contract unless otherwise defined herein.
