This Amended Limited Liability Company Operating Agreement of Millennial Fertility Co. LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of March 6, 2020 between and among Millennial Fertility Co. LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (the “Company”) and the person listed as the Initial Member on the attached Schedule A.
