This First Amendment to the Agreement for Professional Services (“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of Rancho Cordova (“City”) and Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. (“Professional”) as of December 31, 2021. City and Professional are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties."
