THIS AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Isla Vista Community Services District, a California special district (“District”) and Lucidity Festival LLC, a California limited liability company (“Consultant”). District and Consultant are sometimes referred to hereinafter individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
