The acceptance by you of this Agreement, and any referenced policies, including the Wasabi Service Level Agreement and Wasabi Platform Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy is required before you can set up a Wasabi account. You may view and download various documents and policies at www.wasabi.com/legal prior to the registration process. Additional product terms are found at https://wasabi.com/product-terms/. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any exhibit, policy, or product terms, the terms of the applicable exhibit, policy or product terms shall prevail.
