This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Sunset Law Enforcement, 303 Sherman Ave., Ackley, IA 50601 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and Lancaster County (hereinafter “County”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated March 7, 2017, under County Contract No. C-17-0181, for Annual Supply – Ammunition, Bid No. 17-036, which is made a part hereof by this reference.
