The Howard County Conservation Board (HCCB) owns and operates the Bonair Shooting Range for use by the General Public. As such, the HCCB has developed specific Range Safety Rules and Regulations as well as Firearm Handling Guidelines by which the Range is operated. These Range Safety Rules and Regulations and Firearm Handling Guidelines (attached in full) are designed to make our Range as safe as possible for both Range users and its neighbors. With the exception of organized training events for Law Enforcement Officers or Hunter Education Classes, the use of the Range is restricted to Authorized Users holding in their possession an Authorized Range User Card issued by the HCCB. Range User Cards are issued by the HCCB only to persons who have signed our Authorized Range User Agreement. By signing a Range User Agreement, persons are acknowledging receipt of the Range Safety Rules and Regulations/Firearm Handling Guidelines, and further, are agreeing to fully abide by the Range Safety Ru
