This User Agreement is part of Witmart’s Terms of Service. This page explains the terms by which you may use the Witmart web site, web widgets, feeds, mobile device software applications, applications for third-party web sites and services, and any other mobile or web services or applications owned, controlled, or offered by Witmart (collectively the “Site”). Before you may become a member of Witmart, you must read and accept all of the terms in, and linked to, the Terms of Service, which includes this User Agreement, Privacy Policy and other policies posted on the Site.
