This Payment in-Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) Agreement (hereafter "Agreement"), made this day of , by and between Renovus Energy, Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York (herein referred to as Renovus Energy), having its offices at 1520 Trumansburg Road, Ithaca, NY 14850 and the Horseheads Central School District having its offices at One Raider Lane, Horseheads, NY 14845. Renovus Energy and the Horseheads Central School District are hereinafter referred to each as a Party or collectively as the Parties.
