These General Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for the sale of products and services by NOYNIM LLC (“Service Provider”), and you (“Customer”), as more particularly described in the Master Services Agreement between Service Provider and Customer (the “MSA”) and the SOWs and POs executed by Service Provider and Customer pursuant to the MSA.
