SUB-INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT AGREEMENT dated [_________], 2012, between BlackRock Advisors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Adviser"), and BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, a corporation organized under the laws of Singapore (the "Sub-Adviser").
