This Data Processing Agreement, including the appendices, (“DPA”) forms part of the Agreement between us and Customer for the purchase of (online) communication services from us to reflect the Parties’ agreement with regard to the processing of Customer Personal Data. In this DPA, the terms “you”, “your”, or “Customer” refer to you as our Customer (subject to Section 1.2 below), and the terms “we”, “us,” or “our” refer to us as the Provider (as defined below). Capitalised terms used in this DPA but not defined below are defined in our General Terms and Conditions or other Agreement with us governing your use of the Services.
