Note: Subject to proposed legislative amendments of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008, there will be a six-month freeze on evictions due to rent arrears for residents experiencing financial hardship due to the impacts of COVID-19. All parties are encouraged to agree on solutions together.
