This One Year Limited Warranty and Binding Dispute Resolution Agreement applies to your Park Model*, and your agreement to the terms of the One Year Warranty and Binding Dispute Resolution Agreement is a condition of the sale of your Park Model and of the Manufacturer’s performance of the Limited Warranty. This One Year Limited Warranty and Binding Dispute Resolution Agreement constitutes and shall be interpreted as one agreement.
