Common Stock during any Offering Period (the “Offering Period Maximum”), I understand and agree that I will only be permitted to purchase a number of shares of Class A Common Stock equal to the Offering Period Maximum, and that any excess payroll deductions remaining after such purchase will be returned to me as soon as practicable following the expiration of such Offering Period.

Regardless of any action the Company or, if applicable, any Parent or Subsidiary takes with respect to any or all income tax, social insurance, payroll tax, payment on account or other tax-related items related to the participation in the Plan and legally applicable to me (“Tax-Related Items”), I acknowledge that the ultimate liability for all Tax-Related Items is and remains my responsibility and may exceed the amount actually withheld by the Company or, if applicable, any Parent or Subsidiary. I further acknowledge that the Company or, if applicable, any Parent or Subsidiary (1) makes no representations or undertakings regarding the treatment of any Tax-Related Items in connection with any aspect of the Purchase Right (as defined below) to purchase a number of shares of Class A Common Stock determined by dividing such Eligible Employee’s Contributions accumulated prior to such Exercise Date and retained in the Eligible Employee’s account as of the Exercise Date by the applicable Purc
