This NFT License Agreement (this “Agreement”), is a legally binding agreement by and between Mattel, Inc. (“Mattel”) and: (i) you as a recipient of this Digital Collectible (defined below); and (ii) any subsequent purchaser(s) of this Digital Collectible (collectively and as applicable, “You” and “Your”). Mattel and You may be referred to throughout this Agreement collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
