THIS ANNEXATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2017 by and among the City of Thornton, a Colorado municipal corporation (“City”), 144 Bull Crossing Associates, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“TCD”), and Thornton 40 LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Thornton 40”), and Farmer’s Reservoir and Irrigation Company, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (“FRICO”) (Thornton 40, FRICO and TCD may be referred to herein individually or collectively as “Owner”).
