Contract Type FiledNovember 7th, 2020Laguna Mountains skipper (Pyrgus ruralis lagunae) was listed as an endangered species on January 16, 1997 (63 Federal Register 2313–2322). In the intervening years, extensive surveys to determine distribution and status have been conducted, and critical habitat was proposed (71 Federal Register 19157–19158) and designated (71 Federal Register 74592–74615).
