Students desiring to enroll in a class taught on the Ouachita campus should complete this form. If the course is listed on the HSU class schedule (physics, for example) and thus has an HSU record number, you do not need to complete this form. Students normally may take courses at OBU when the course is part of a cooperative offering (physics); when the course is not offered at HSU (religion courses); or due to a course conflict and the course must be taken during the current semester.
