To participate in the Trinity Software Distribution (aka Trinity Liquidations, Inc. hereinafter “Seller”) Affiliate Program, You must first agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement (the "Agreement"). By confirming that YOU HAVE READ THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT AND ACCEPT THE TERMS you offer to enter into an agreement with Seller under the terms described in this Agreement. If Seller accepts Your offer, You will become an Affiliate, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
