THIS FUNDING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the CITY OF ELGIN, TEXAS, a Texas home-rule city (“City”), and the ELGIN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, a Texas non-profit corporation (“Chamber”). In this Agreement, the City and Chamber are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
