This END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is by and between Rubin Education, a Virginia corporation with its principal office located at 5229 Baptist Circle, Virginia Beach, VA 23464 (“Rubin Education” or “Licensor”) and you (“Licensee”). Rubin Education and Licensee may be referred to hereinafter individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.” By clicking the “ACCEPT” button on the order form, Licensee agrees to accept this agreement and be bound by its terms.
