The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and Nueces County MHMR Community Center dba Behavioral Health Center of Nueces County (“Grantee”), which are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” to that certain Mental Health First Aid (“MHFA”) Grant contract effective September 1, 2018 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000181600001 (the “Contract”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
