This Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which the NetSpend Premier Visa Prepaid Card has been issued to you by The Bancorp Bank, Wilmington, Delaware (“The Bancorp Bank” or “Issuer”). The Issuer is an FDIC insured member institution. NetSpend Corporation (“NetSpend”) is an authorized Independent Sales Organization pursuant to an agreement with The Bancorp Bank. “Card” means the NetSpend Premier Visa Prepaid Card issued to you by The Bancorp Bank.
